In April 2019, Cerved, the leading Italian player in credit risk analysis and credit management sectors acquired the entire share capital of Eurobank Property Services S.A. (“EPS”) in Greece as well as it's subsidiaries in Romania and Serbia - which will be rebranded into Cerved Property Services (“CPS”).
